2.4 Third-Party API Keys
Important: When you provide third-party API keys (such as OpenAI or Anthropic/Claude API keys), we store these keys encrypted in our database solely to facilitate API calls on your behalf. We do not use your API keys for any other purpose. You remain the owner and are solely responsible for all usage and costs associated with these keys.
In Summary — What We Store
We store: your account details, message and conversation history, contacts you communicate with, media you send through the Service, usage and diagnostic logs, and (encrypted) any third-party API keys you choose to provide.
We do NOT store: your passwords in plain text, full payment card numbers (handled by our payment processor), or funds, credits, or balances held in your third-party accounts.
We never sell your personal data, and we never use your message content to train our own or any third party's AI models.

- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service
- Process transactions and send billing notifications
- Send administrative information and service updates

8. Third-Party Services and No Affiliation
No Affiliation: Viewbot is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram), Green API, OpenAI, Anthropic (Claude), Google, or any other third-party provider. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Any integration is provided solely as a technical convenience, and your use of those services is governed by each provider's own terms and privacy policy, over which we have no control.
8.1 Meta / WhatsApp Business API
When you connect the WhatsApp Business API through our Service:
- We receive and process messages via Meta's WhatsApp Business API
- Messages are transmitted to and from Meta's servers according to their privacy policy
- Customer messages are stored securely for customer support purposes
- You are responsible for compliance with the WhatsApp Business Policy
8.2 Green API and Unofficial Providers
When using Green API or other unofficial messaging providers:
- Data is transmitted to independent third-party services we do not own or control
- We do not control their data practices, security, or availability
- You should review their privacy policies before connecting
- We are not responsible for their data handling, outages, or any account suspensions or bans they may cause
8.3 AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic/Claude, and others)
When you use AI features with your own AI provider API key:
- We transmit only the data necessary to fulfill your request to the AI provider you select
- The AI provider processes requests according to its own privacy policy
- We do not control the AI provider's data practices and are not responsible for the accuracy of AI output
- You are responsible for compliance with the AI provider's terms
9. International Data Transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
10. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
